The Center will verify your eligibility and coverage with your insurance company. If you do not have 100% coverage you will be required to make payment on the day of your procedure. Any deductible or co-payment will be due the day of the procedure. If the charges are rejected by your insurance company, you or the responsible party are expected to pay the balance within 30 days.
Some elective procedures, like cosmetic surgery, are often not covered by insurance. You will be asked to pay these charges in full prior to your procedure. The Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, cashier’s checks, money orders or cash.
The Center’s fees are based on the type of procedure performed. These fees cover all expenses including admitting, operating and recovery room fees, supplies, and medications administered at the Center. Your surgeon’s and anesthetist’s fees will be billed separately.
It may be necessary to send tissue removed during surgery to a lab for examination. If so, you may receive a separate bill for lab fees.
